Role: * Deputize in the absence of the Store Manager. * Identify opportunities to drive and maximise sales and profitability. * Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. * Driving and supporting the team with sales. * Providing excellent customer service. * Achieve (and aim to exceed) KPIs and sales targets . * Overseeing e-commerce sales, assist with packing and shipping items . * Assist in managing the boutique, opening and closing the store . Package: * Basic Salary £32,000 - £35,000 + Commission . * Healthcare Insurance . * Quarterly bonus offered
