As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across multiple sites. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic financial insight and partnering with operational leaders to optimise business performance.
Responsibilities:
* Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborate with site managers to drive operational efficiencies, cost reductions, and profitability improvements.
* Provide clear and actionable financial insights to support decision-making at the senior leadership level.
* Develop and implement financial strategies that enhance business performance and support long-term growth.
* Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Drive the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
* Support capital investment decisions with robust financial analysis.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with significant post-qualification experience.
* Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food industry.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organisation.
* A proactive, results-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
