Job Description:
A leading residential design & build consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join their friendly team based in London.
The Project Manager’s Role
The successful Project Manager will be overseeing high-end projects across London including home extensions & renovations from up to £800,000.
The day to day responsibilities of the Project Manager would be liaising with clients and monitoring the project from start to finish.
The Project Manager’s Requirements
* Hold a construction / RICS / Project Management related degree
* Minimum of 3 year’s experience managing residential building projects
* MRICS or MAPM qualified (Ideally from a Design & Build background)
* Confident in dealing with people from all backgrounds
* Reliable, responsible, and punctual
* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* £40,000 - £50,000
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with 1 additional days holiday for each years’ service to maximum of 30.
