The successful Construction Project Manager will:
* Lead construction projects from inception to completion.
* Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Manage and coordinate a team of professionals, ensuring efficient project delivery.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
The Construction Project Manager
* A degree in Project Management or a related field.
* Previous experience managing Commercial Office projects, including fit-outs, new builds, and refurbishments.
* A background in Building Surveying is highly desirable
* Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
* Professional accreditations (such as RICS, APM, or equivalent) or committed to achieving
