Description
Responsible for:
Photography / Packaging
* Organising samples, checking that all samples received are correct to approved CAD.
* Ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Creating packaging forms.
* Uploading photography to factory FTP folders.
* Approving soft copies.
* Approving hard copies.
Managing Sealing process
* Chasing/Reviewing/Approving strike offs with designer.
* Chasing/Reviewing/Approving bulk fabric.
* Chasing/Reviewing/Approving gold seal samples.
* Test reports / Approval.
Shipping and correct documentation
* Ensure all shipping paperwork is processed and dealt with in a timely manner.
* Housekeeping on BARS and Quality Folder
* JDE - Running sales reports / Sales Analysis
Update and maintain seasonal documents
* Raising POs and Invoice.
* Shipment Diary
