Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and handling inquiries.
* Assist in recruitment processes by posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
* Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members.
* Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
* Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and promote a positive work culture.
* Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Profile
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a HR administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
* Ideally from a Manufacturing Background.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to multitask effectively.
