The Sous Chef will be supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and managing a team of 4 Chefs. You will be catering for up to 300 covers per day, so this is a site that requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level with a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends, with a special focus on street food.
This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Junior Sous or Senior Chef de Partie who wants to take the next step in their career and showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
