Job Description:
Locum Band 6 Physiotherapist
Location: East of England
Hours: Full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct specialist assessments and provide individualized treatment for stroke patients with complex needs.
* Offer expert advice, collaborate on discharge plans, and act as an autonomous practitioner.
* Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and coordinate discharge plans.
* Manage your own caseload, time management, and compliance with team audits and KPIs.
* Support and mentor junior and non-qualified staff.

Essential Qualifications:
* HCPC registration.
* Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
* Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS).
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience in a similar role in NHS.
* Strong communication and MDT coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
