Job Description:
A Temp Receptionist is required to manage front of house duties and provide excellent customer service. The individual will be responsible for administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation within the busy recruitment consultancy office.

Description
* Greet visitors and direct them appropriately within the office
* Answer incoming calls and respond to email enquiries
* Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and welcoming
* Carry out administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
* Assist with event planning and coordination
* Manage incoming and outgoing post
* Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures at all times

A successful Temp Receptionist should have:
