We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse. We are looking for a motivated, innovative nurse with clinical knowledge and skills, excellent communication abilities, and the experience to demonstrate suitability for the position. You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic, and passionate about emergency care. To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with acute post-registration experience.
Job Description:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and support to relatives as a safe and effective practitioner.
* Work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide continuing care to a specified group of patients from admission to discharge.
* Supervise and teach junior members of staff and learners as appropriate.
* Maintain personal development with support.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration at the time of starting the appointment.
* Awareness and understanding of current acute health issues.
* Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
* Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
