Job Description:
This position requires a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent service, advice and support to clients in the Not for Profit and Charities sector in Manchester.

This role will based in the Hulme office.
Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
* Liaising with a customer base via multi-channels, i.e telephone, emails and live chat.
* Support first contact resolution of queries including diagnosing and scheduling repairs. Support with rent, ASB, lettings and home ownership queries.
* Providing product and service information to customers.
* Updating information on CRM system.
* Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products or services.
* Recording customer interactions and transactions accurately.
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Profile
To be successful in this role:
* Experience within a call handling role is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
* The ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
* Can commit to a temporary role.
