Responsibilities Include:
* Lead in undertaking and completing and reviewing Care Act Assessments
* Using the Care Act as part of your work with our service user
* Commitment to high-quality care provision
* Take on a complex and diverse caseload
* Action safeguarding procedures



Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification and SWE registration
* Knowledge of Mental Health Act, Care Act and Mental Capacity Act
* Have experience in a Recovery Team or Community Mental Health Team
