HR Advisor
Annual Salary: £37,704
Location: Central-West Edinburgh (with parking & hybrid working)
Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract until March 2025 - Full-time Hours (36.25hrs)
I am delighted to be working exclusively with one of our core clients, a prestigious, well-known Edinburgh based organisation. They are seeking an HR Advisor to join their HR Team, to provide a high-quality, professional, and proactive HR generalist service. This is a varied role, supporting the HR team with employee queries and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR.

Duties:
* Advise, guide, and coach line managers on HR, policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, and support with ER, absence and performance concerns
* Advise on recruitment and selection strategies as well as general HR policies
* Maintain good relationships with staff, responding to queries in a timely manner
* Undertake project work e.g. Improve Inductions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong HR generalist who has worked at Advisor Level before
* Confident in case management
* Degree or CIPD qualified would be a benefit
* Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
