Job Description:
A Office Administrator is required to manage and oversee operations within a highly regarded healthcare organisation. This role involves ensuring efficient business support and secretarial functions across multiple departments.

Description
* Manage and coordinate operations across various departments.
* Ensure efficient secretarial and business support functions.
* Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
* Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures.
* Coordinate with other teams to achieve organisational goals.
* Oversee resource allocation and budget management.
* Coordinate and manage Regional invoicing and collation of relevant data/reports.
* Provide regular reports on operational performance.
* Coordinate meetings/diaries for the Regional Directors and Executive Directors.
* Arrange/coordinate Regional team social events and regional team CPD (in liaison with the HR and Training Partner).
* Co-ordinate meeting room booking.
* Order office supplies as necessary.
* Manage the company’s Health and Safety and First aid responsibilities.
* Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Profile
A successful Office Administrator should have:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Somebody who is able to multitask and meet deadlines
* Positive attitude and willingness to help others particularly with tasks that are outside of normal job responsibilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* A keen attention to detail
* Professional and flexible attitude, with the ability to prioritise a changing to do list
* Self-motivated and shows initiative
* The ability to work well in a team and independently
* Must be confident liaising with all levels of staff, in a friendly but professional manner.
