FP&A Manager | Largely Remote (1 day in Manchester) | £60,000 - £70,000 + Share Options | PE Backed SAAS
Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with a high growth SAAS business who are looking to strengthen their Finance team with an FP&A Manager.
This is predominately a remote based role, with expectations for you work from Manchester city centre office 1 day a week to KIT with the remaining Finance team members.
The business are on an impressive growth journey, doubling turnover in the last 12 months on the back of PE investment and have exciting plans over the next 5 years. Reporting into an ACA qualified Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
* Full ownership of the financial model, ensuring that it reflects business model and shows accurate forecast for up to 5 years
* Ensuring accurate forecast for Budget / reforecast process
* Commercial Business Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams
* Attending functional & cross-functional meetings to provide financial support and guidance.
* Deliver insightful analysis that connects financial reports to business strategies
* Present performance against KPI’s & targets
* Full ownership of Pricing for New and Existing customers
* Full ownership of Board reporting
* Collaborate with the Executive team to agree on the Board meeting agenda and ensure timely completion and distribution of materials
* Support in fund raising strategies and activities to support future company growth, with specific ownership of the Financial plan and strategic assumptions
Ideal candidate:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified accountant
* Prior experience in a SaaS business is highly valued
* Excellent stakeholder management, confident in communicating and challenging at all levels
* Advanced Excel modelling skills, with expertise in building and maintaining complex financial forecasting models
* Prior exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth, PE/VC-backed software company is highly desirable
