Are you a Commercial Property Manager looking for a People Management position in a well-established and trusted company that offers on the job training, the opportunity for regular regional travel and progression into Associate and Directorship roles?
This company are leading property consultants for the whole of the South-West, and are now looking for an experienced property manager to lead the team of consultants across this companies 4 locations.
In this varied and dynamic role, you will be managing a team of Property Managers day-to-day, as well as being responsible for your own portfolio of properties with weekly site visits to meet with clients, outsourcing maintenance projects, collecting rent and conducting inspections. You will be given a car allowance for travel to and from the office, as well as to site, covering a local patch, varying depending which office you will be based at.
This varied role would suit a Property Manager from a Commercial background who wants to step up into a Management position in a well-established and trusted company that offer generous annual bonuses, on the job training and progression all the way to Directorship.
The Role:
* Managing a team of Property Managers with weekly meetings.
* Manage a range of commercial properties in a local patch
* Undertake inspections and arrange planned and reactive maintenance
* Oversee rent payments and chase when necessary
* Organise VAT returns and insurance
The Person:
* Property Manager from a Commercial background
* Looking to move into a People Management position
* Regular regional travel
* Commutable to Exeter, Bristol or Plymouth
