Key Responsibilities:
* Campus Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, and student organisations at target universities.
* Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and attend on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, info sessions, and networking events.
* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-potential students through resume reviews, interviews, and networking.
* Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
* Data Management: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruiting strategies.
* Brand Ambassador: Promote the firm’s brand and culture to prospective candidates through various channels, including social media, events, and direct outreach.
Profile
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR Related experience:
* Experience: 1-3 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field. Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus.
* Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
