What will you do: 
This full-time role will encapsulate a range of responsibilities, including advising on national and international matters including: 
* Probate administration
* Payment of liabilities and legacies
* Dealing with receipt of funds
* Assisting with attorney administration and trust administration matters 
* Preparation of powers of attorney, attorney admin & trust administration 
* File opening, archiving and billing
* Attending client meetings to sign documents including wills 
* Ensuring all files are compliant with internal and external policies 
* Pro-active participation in marketing initiatives
What do you need: 
* At least 6 months’ previous experience within private client law within a private practice law firm  
* Experience as a private client paralegal
