Job Overview:
My client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Mark Paralegal to join the team in either Bristol or Cambridge. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside leading IP professionals and contribute to the protection and management of valuable trade mark portfolios. 
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation and filing of trade mark applications in the UK, EU and internationally
* Conduct trade mark searches and provide preliminary advice on registrability and potential conflicts
* Manage trade mark portfolios, including renewals, assignments and recordals
* Draft and file responses to office actions and oppositions
* Support attorneys in contentious trade mark matters and disputes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
* Liaise with clients, foreign associates and IP offices on trade mark-related matters
* Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience as a Trade Mark Paralegal or in a similar IP role
* Strong understanding of trade mark law and the trade mark registration process
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Proficient in using IP management software and online databases
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
