Corporate Associate/Senior Associate (6+ years’ PQE)
A leading Corporate team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 6+ years’ PQE to join its dynamic team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will work on diverse and complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on corporate law matters such as M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and reorganisations
* Handling partnerships, LLPs, and corporate governance issues
* Providing occasional commercial contract advice and corporate support to other teams
* Managing client relationships and contributing to business development
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in corporate law
* Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills
* Proven ability in business development and client relationship management
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
