Quest Search and Selection are partnering with this fast-growing, B2B online Publication that ae looking for an Account Director - Events/Marketing Campaigns (B2B Publication) to join their expanding sales & new business team.. The business has already created waves in the marketplace utilising new product and campaigns to engage our retail communities. They are looking for talented sales, Account Director - Events/Marketing Campaigns (B2B Publication) who will be focusing significantly on building contacts and developing new business relationships whilst working towards the strategy for the new publications.. The roles and responsibilities of thisAccount Director - Events/Marketing Campaigns (B2B Publication)role:. * Interacting and pitching with clients via the phone, Video Call and Face to Face meetings. * Creating bespoke and targeted proposals to meet the needs of your clients.. * Focusing on new business & repeat business to make sure targets are met consistently.. * Create and sell integrated packages that encompass marketing solutions such as white papers, social media, display advertising, thought leadership content, and email marketing in addition to event sponsorship opportunities.. * Generating sponsorships for the event portfolio, including conferences, awards, communities, and crafting customized events on demand.. * Focus on selling intricate, multi-faceted campaigns rather than straightforward solutions.. * Undertaking competitor analysis, identifying current trends and future opportunities. * Creating client reports and collating meeting outcomes, working to deadlines.. * Playing a key role in the retention of clients by providing a high level of customer service and ensuring you maintain contact with key clients.. * Daily contact with clients, to request information, get approvals etc.. Experience and skills required for this Account Director - Events/Marketing Campaigns (B2B Publication)position :. * 4-5 years experience operating a Sales/Business Development /Sponsorship /Senior Account Managers or Director level.. * Must have experience in working in B2B Events(Currently holding 2 events per month).. * Proven experience in selling both event packages and digital/marketing solutions.. * Must be able to attend events (predominately in London).. * Experience in creating personal sales plans.. * Managing client campaigns and event delivery.. * Ability to negotiate contracts and to maximize profits.. * Able to juggle multiple projects at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.. * Strong verbal and written communication skills..
