We are partnering exclusively with a global non-profit organisation in their search for a Finance and Operations Manager. This is an 8 month FTC maternity cover looking to pay up to £45,000, with hybrid working on offer.
The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial, operational, and human resources aspects of the company.
The right candidate will have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
* 5+ years experience in operations and finance management
* Experience in the NGO space is desirable
* Strong understanding of budgeting, reporting and financial principles
* Experience managing cross functional teams
