Interim Financial Controller - 6 Month Contract

TalentEdge are exclusively partnered with a PE backed scale-up SaaS firm who have gone through tremendous growth through International channels and are now seeking an Interim Financial Controller for a 6 month contract. You will oversee the day to day finance operation, manage a team of 4 individuals and support the business through financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day to day financial and accounting function
* Prepare the monthly management accounts including variances and commentary for presentation to Senior Leadership Teams
* Own the statutory financial reporting ensuring compliance with financial accounting standards
* Preparation of yearly financial statements, supporting the group’s financial audit and being a key point of contact to external auditors
* Drive system improvement and create efficiencies within the finance team including processes, internal controls and month-end days
* Oversee the budgeting and forecasting, working closely with the Finance Director to coordinate budgets for cost centres and group
* Lead, guide and mentor a team of 4
About you:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CAANZ/CA qualified with 3+ years PQE
* MUST have experience within the tech/software/SaaS industry
* Extensive experience owning month-end and year-end production and overseeing group audit
* Management experience leading a team
* Strong MS Excel skills
