Who will you join?
* A firm that is succession planning in conveyancing
* A substantial team with one of the main directors at the forefront of the conveyancing department

What will you do?
Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload relating to:
* Sales & purchases (of leasehold & freehold properties)
* Lease matters, remortgaging, shared & joint ownership & more
* (You won’t advise on new build transactions)
* Those with any managerial experience who are able to guide more junior fee earners are encouraged to apply, although this is not necessary
What will you need?
* Being qualified is NOT a requirement of this role
* You will either be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years residential conveyancing experience OR
* An unqualified fee earner with at least 3 or 4 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
* This role can be offered at a senior level
