Search Consultancy are working on an exclusive basis with a well established business in North Bradford, that has an excellent reputation, to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
This role is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied and progressive role in Finance.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed customer records, building a good rapport with clients and providing the accounting team with the relevant information required. You will complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations, collect monthly direct debits and make payments. You will also the the preparation of management accounts and month end duties.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have worked in a varied finance role previously
- Have an eye for detail, and be able to analyse data
- Be a competent excel user (pivot tables and v-look ups)
- Be studying or wanting to study towards a professional accounting qualification (AAT/CIMA/ACCA)
- Able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and progress
The role is offering a salary of up to £28,000 per annum dependant on experience. Hybrid working is on offer (3 days in the office and 2 days from home) Free Car Parking is available on site and the business is walking distance from the local train station.
