Are you a Customer Service Representative or similar from a financial services background looking to join a growing financial organization who offer comprehensive training and a clear path for advancement into senior roles?

In this role, you’ll manage mortgage account administration, handle inquiries, and promote products via phone, email, and mail to ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll also can recommend tailored products, delivering client-focused service.

The Role
* Handle mortgage account tasks and payments over the phone and email
* Resolve inquiries and promote products via phone and email
* Upsell tailored products to boost satisfaction, training provided throughout
The Person:
* Administrative or customer service experience
* Financial services background preferred
* Available to work 3 hours on a Saturday once a month
