Our client, a Main Contractor are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them due to continued growth, based near Thetford. The Contractor Manager will be managing a number of fast-track maintenance projects in the kitchen / bathroom sector, managing works from inception to completion across multiple projects. Our client, have 14 other branches across the UK all growing with excellent opportunity for future growth and progression.
Contracts Manager Position Overview * Working on a range of fast-track kitchen & bathroom maintenance contracts
* Office based with site visits
* Managing works from inception to completion
* Responsible for multiple projects at any one time
Contracts Manager Position Requirements * Prior experience as a PM or Contracts Manager
* Must have overseen maintenance contracts
* Full driving licence
* Able to commute to the office and locations across East Anglia.
* SMSTS (not essential)
* Good tenure and seeking a permanent role
Contracts Manager Position Remuneration * Salary: £45k - £47k DOE
* Benefits will include a competitive salary, company vehicle, profit share & Company pension
* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
* Car or allowance
* Based near at the Thetford office and will require travel in relation to any work secured by the division
* Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
