Bennett & Game are proud to represent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, who are currently seeking a Project Manager to join them in their rapidly growing Chichester. The Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor will be working on projects across the residential, commercial, framework and fire safety sectors and will be responsible for project delivery of these schemes. They will also be involved in dilapidations, schedule of conditions surveys, tender reviews, party wall work and specification writing.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working client side or for another construction consultancy. You will also need a relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, etc. Candidates must also be able to commute to Chichester minimum, once a week.

* MRICS Qualified or working towards
* Full driving licence
* Able to commute to Chichester one day per week, minimum

* Salary: £40k - £60k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
