Axon Moore are partnering with an industry-leading business looking to recruit an ambitious Accounting and Finance Graduate or AAT studier to their best-in-class finance team where they can benefit from unrivalled exposure, exceptional mentorship and a pathway to progress.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Balance sheet reviews
* Assisting with preparation of statutory accounts
* BAU Regulatory Reporting
* Implementing new controls and reviewing processes
* Business partnering across multiple departments to assess balance sheets to determine correct reconciliation and suggest improvements
* Conduct intensive mini-audit of balance sheets ahead of year-end audits
* Quarterly turnover reports
* Advise on new structure and assisting with all regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
* Recent Graduate of Accounting and Finance (or related subject), or studying towards AAT
* Confident, personable and enthusiastic in nature
* Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* An ability to work both collaboratively and independently
* Self-driven, ambitious and exceptional attention to detail
