Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to step into a pivotal leadership role? We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to join our client’s team in Greater Manchester. About the Role:
As the Head of HR, you will lead a dedicated HR team, partnering with department heads to provide expert guidance and innovative solutions. Your focus will be on business partnering, project work, and strategic HR leadership, with the flexibility to shape the role to best meet the organisation’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborate with department heads to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
* Drive HR projects and initiatives that support organisational growth.
* Act as a subject matter expert on HR matters, offering solutions to the executive team.
* Oversee employee relations, supported by your experienced HR Business Partners and HR Advisors.
* Ensure HR processes and practices are compliant, efficient, and employee-focused.
About You:
* Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally with business partnering experience.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at an executive level.
* Experience in managing and developing HR teams.
* Project management experience is advantageous.
* A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
