Job Description:
Pure are pleased to be supporting a key account of ours who are looking for a Warehouse Manager.
Main Duties:
* Oversee all warehouse operations staff across Goods In, Despatch, and Decorated/Tour hub departments.
* Manage Goods In/Out stock logging to ensure accurate client stock records.
* Utilize company order/stock/distribution fulfilment systems.
* Ensure accuracy in garment and customer pick orders/splits
* Ensure timely dispatch of daily customer consignments for both UK and international markets.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations.
* Deliver training to both new and existing staff.
* Lead Health and Safety initiatives, ensuring daily and monthly inspections are completed and best practices followed.
Person Specifications: * Solutions-oriented and capable of working independently.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficient in warehouse operating systems and practices.
* Extensive experience in warehouse management, particularly in goods in/despatch and stock control within a busy, high-volume environment.

* Standard Hours: 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
* Flexibility: Required to work outside standard hours during peak periods
Schedule: * Day shift, Monday to Friday
Required Experience: * Minimum of 4 years in Warehouse Management
