We are seeking a Smart Buildings Site Coordinator to join our team at Imperial College, London. This crucial role is based in a critical environment, managing and coordinating all maintenance activities across diverse and complex building environments, including Data Centres, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory & Research, Higher Education, Student Accommodation, and Leisure Facilities.
As a Smart Buildings Site Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all Reactive Maintenance, Callouts, Planned Maintenance, Statutory Maintenance, and Additional Works.
- Working closely with the dedicated Smart Buildings Site Manager, Senior Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Operator.
- Maintaining constant communication with all stakeholders to ensure job progress is transparently and accurately reported.
- Utilising the client’s CAFM system to manage job tickets from initiation to completion, ensuring updates are promptly and accurately logged.
What do I need?
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and a good understanding of BEMS operations.
- You will work well in a collaborative environment and can effectively coordinate with engineers and managers.
- Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Clear, effective communication is your forte. You can liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals committed to excellence.
