Locum Occupational Therapy Assistant (Band 4) Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OT)
Band: 4
Location: Leicester
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
Contract Duration: Fixed-term, 3 months
Start Date: 29 August 2024

Key Responsibilities:
* Support Occupational Therapists in delivering therapy services.
* Assist with patient assessments and intervention plans.
* Provide therapy sessions under supervision and monitor patient progress.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
* Assist with the provision of therapeutic equipment and resources.
* Engage in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
Essential Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications or experience in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Desirable Attributes:
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
