Description
* Provide administrative support to the HR department
* Assist in the recruitment process, from job advertisement to onboarding
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records
* Support the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Handle employee enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Facilitate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions as required
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Good understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
