Job Description:
Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Network Engineer based in Huddersfield (Potentially a hybrid role)
The successful candidate must
* Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working as a Network Engineer
* Diagnose and resolve performance issues with LAN/WAN
* Have knowledge and experience of ARUBA/Cisco IOS
* Used management tools such as PRTG
* Possess a good understanding of the IP Addressing, DNS/DHCP and general TCP/IP protocol suite
* Be experienced in configuring and troubleshooting Firewalls inclusive of ACLs, NAT and PAT, IPSEC and SSL VPNs
* Have an understanding of network security issues and their importance within the context of a healthcare environment
* Be able to work within a Microsoft environment. (Windows Server 2016 and newer)
* Follow ITIL Service Delivery and support processes
* Handle Backup and Restores (Snapshots / Full System)
* Have knowledge of FortiNet Equipment
* *CCNA Certification is required*
