Job Description:

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and work with students from Year 7 to Year 11.
In this role, you will provide vital support to our students with SEMH needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with SEMH needs in their academic and personal development.
* Work closely with teachers to implement individualised education plans.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting social skills.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.
* Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is desirable.
