Description
* Reporting into the CEO
* Lead and manage the Human Resources department
* A generalist role responsible for all aspects of HR
* Manage the recruitment and selection process
* Nurture a positive working environment
* Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
* Worked in a generalist, stand alone HR Manager role
* Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
* In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
* Degree in Human Resources or related field
