A growing Ground Engineering testing company based in the Midlands are now looking for a Site Technician in Harlow, with experience in construction materials, soil and aggregate sampling environment. The company are an independent, successful testing company with ambitious growth plans so for the right candidate there will be opportunism for progression. The Site Technician will involve in fully integrated materials testing service in all aspects of soil stabilisation works
Site Technician Position Overview
* Salary up to £30,000 DOE

Site Technician Position Requirements
* Experienced in the construction sector along with the use of power tools
* Full UK Driving licence
* CSCS Card in date
* IPAF, PASMA, MEWP & Confined Spaced tickets would all be advantageous
* Experienced with drills and coring would be advantageous
* Experience within In Situ or materials testing would be advantageous
* Happy to work occasional weekends and nights
Site Technician Position Remuneration
* Provide timely and robust data for stabilisation control
* Interpretation of challenging site conditions.
* Travelling to different construction sites across the UK to undertake various different tests on foundations and materials
* Using in-house equipment
* Ensure site sampling and laboratory testing is carried out to high standards of safety
* Undertaking various structures and pavement tests such as Non Destructive Testing, Condition Inspection surveys, Investigations and various sampling techniques.
* Sampling, trial pitting and DCP testing through to earthworks control and validation testing
* Writing up reports
