Role Overview:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will provide support within the classroom, helping to nurture a learning environment that stimulates students’ interest and facilitates their educational journey. You will assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and contribute to creating an engaging and inclusive atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
*Support the planning and delivery of lessons across the primary curriculum under the supervision of qualified teachers.
*Assist in adapting teaching strategies to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students.
*Help integrate the use of technology and practical activities to make learning more engaging for students.
*Aid in monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
*Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
*A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
*A strong interest in primary education and a desire to support children’s learning.
*An understanding of educational principles and a willingness to develop teaching skills.
*Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
