The Company
A hugely successful business in Aylesbury is looking for an Administrator to join them on an ongoing temporary basis, starting ASAP. We can offer mostly remote, but with one day (Wednesday) in the office in Aylesbury. Full training can be given if you have previous admin experience.
The Role
* To provide admin support to the Operations Team regarding claims and policies, actioning all within set SLA’s.
* Outbound calling including breeders, vets and requesting information for claims.
* Written correspondence to vets, breeders and customers to chase outstanding information.
* Undertake departmental routine and exception processes, such as claim indexing, vaccination vouchers all in line with agreed service levels.
* Respond to customers enquiries appropriately, ensuring all documentation is professional and correct.
* Inbound calls from policy holders, vets and breeders.
* Record and maintain accurate policyholder information using in house computer systems.
* Provide and maintain exemplary levels of customer service at all times.
About You
You must have previous admin experience and be able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly. Other skills required:
* Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills.
* Proactive attitude to learning new things and a fast learner.
Job Type: Temporary contract, Full-time, ongoing assignment.
Pay: £11.44 per hour plus holiday accrual.
Schedule: Day shift 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, No weekends.
Location: Remote 4 days per week, Wednesday in the Aylesbury office.
