Description
* Management of the UK & Export Customer Service function responsible for managing B2B Customers
* Ownership of the order management process, ensuring order are delivered in line with pre agreed SLA’s
* Work across the order supply chain, working closely with warehouse, supply chain and logistics
* Own Export process and activities to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met
* Drive and improve OTIF performance
* Identify and highlight areas for improvement across the customer supply chain, driving positive change where required
* Liaise with and build strong working relationships with key customers through regular and clear communications
* Provide team with all the information and tools available to be successful in role
* Create and present reports to senior leadership team
* Liaise with production planning to understand lead team and share updated delivery dates
