Job Description:
Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator in a dynamic and collaborative work environment!
The role is permanent and full-time working M-F 9-5.30 with a salary range of £24k-£26k depending on experience.

Some of the duties you’ll be responsible for day to day:
* Engaging with customers through various channels, including email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions regarding updates on open work items
* Managing and updating internal systems, processing invoices and updating work items in real time
* Drafting legal documents and updating contracts
* Collaborating with warehouse and maintenance teams
* Supporting the front-end service team

Requirements for Success:
* Strong customer service skills
* Proficiency in IT applications and systems
* Good team working skills
* A pro-active attitude
