We are on the lookout for 2 energetic Internal Sales Executives to help us
expand our client base. In this foundational role, youll be instrumental in
identifying potential new accounts and nurturing these leads into long-term
partnerships through strategic phone outreach. Your mission will be to
introduce our solutions to new clients, effectively communicate the value we
bring, and maintain a steady pipeline of business by leveraging your
relationship-building skills. As an essential member of our sales team, youll
work closely with colleagues to refine your sales techniques and learn how to
tailor your approach to meet various client needs.

## **Job Description:**

****Major Job Functions****

* Drive new business development as a key component of the role through innovative strategies and strong relationship-building skills.

* Manage an existing UK customer database via telephone; update information and develop customerSITECH relationship. Maintain accurate account details within the database to aid marketing initiatives

* Facilitate lead generation and verify potential clients, scheduling appointments as necessary for field sales managers to engage directly with these prospects.

* Active promotion of marketing campaigns, promotions and events

* Effective maintenance relating to call cycles; plan repeat calls to accommodate customer requirements.

* Promote all aspects of SITECH technology, warranties, customer service agreements, etc. Become the customers Account Manager; suggest SITECH support services relevant to their needs and assist personally where possible.

****Specific Skills****

* Sales orientated

* Experience within a sales environment would be advantageous

* Telephone experience is desirable

* Excellent interpersonal, organisation, verbal and written communication skills

* Innovative thinking coupled with creative analytical skills

* PC skills essential (MS Office package) coupled with the ability to learn new systems

* Professional telephone manner

* Ability to work independently whilst thriving in a team-based environment

****Knowledge****

* Technical aptitude would be an advantage but not essential

* Understanding of database marketing
