This is a Senior Building Surveying role, with an established Property Consultancy, based in the heart of Cambridge, joining a close-knit and collaborative team of 5 Building Surveyors, with a wider office.

Role and responsibilities
The chosen Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, with a particular emphasis on delivering professional services to a portfolio of commercial, rural and residential clients.
* Dilapidations
* Technical due diligence
* Party wall matters
* Contract administration on refurb conversions and new build projects
* Schedules of conditions
Person specification
* MRICS qualified
* RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
* A consultancy/ private property practice background
* Strong knowledge of RCA’s and dilapidations
* Confident communicator and business development ability
