Are you a Electrical Engineer with a background in Design looking to join a forward-thinking Building Consultancy who work on a variety of exciting commercial projects, give you flexible hybrid working options and the opportunity to progress your career both technically and in seniority?
On offer is the opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding building design consultancy who provide specialist solutions to high profile clients in the commercial, retail, residential and leisure industries. They have only started trading in the last 5 years but have already established themselves as an exciting prospect in the London market.
In this hybrid role, you will work on a variety of building services projects across London, managing them from concept through to completion. You will oversee HVAC / Electrical design calculations, working on various projects from office fit-outs to commercial refurbishments. You will also be responsible for reporting, surveying and providing ad-hoc technical advice.
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer with a Design background or similar who has experience working within a consultancy or building services company, looking for clear routes to progress within a forward-thinking company who work on a variety of exciting commercial projects.

The Role:
* Work on a variety of building services projects across London
* Manage projects from concept to design and construction, to handover
* HVAC design calculations, design, and specification of renewable technologies
* Monday to Friday, hybrid role (37.5 hour week), Flexitime
The Person:
* Electrical Design Engineer or similar
* Background in Building Services, FM or Consultancy
* Commutable to Croydon - happy to travel into London
