A dynamic, multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Liverpool office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will become an integral member of a well-established consultancy with a significant presence in the property market. You’ll work on a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, hotels, affordable housing, student accommodation, senior living, and more.
In this client-facing role, you will manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing cost plans, project management, risk management, and beyond.
This position offers exceptional opportunities for career progression, making it perfect for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take on greater responsibilities. You will also have the opportunity to mentor Graduate Quantity Surveyors, paving the way for advancement toward an Associate Quantity Surveyor position.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Experience within a cost consultancy/PQS firm
* Property sector experience is beneficial but not essential
* A degree in a construction-related field
* MRICS qualified or currently working towards it
* Ambitious with strong client-facing skills
