The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will join a renowned International Consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, Europe, and Australia. The Leeds office is home to a team of 20 professionals delivering exciting projects across a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotel, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential.
You’ll enjoy a hybrid working model, spending three days a week in the office and the remainder working from home. Your role will involve not only delivering high-value projects but also supporting, managing, and mentoring junior team members. The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
* A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
* MRICS or currently working towards and in need of greater support achieving Chartership
* Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
* A valid UK driving license
* A successful track record running projects from inception to completion

* £55,000 - £65,000
