The Customer Advisor is ideally someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possessing strong problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail. They should thrive in a collaborative team environment and have a background or interest in automotive or Motorsport industries, ideally with experience in vehicle data analysis or testing.

The Role:
* Provide timely and effective support to customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and assist in continuous product improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

The Person:
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Background in Customer Service
* Relevant education in automotive engineering or motorsport engineering
* Full clean UK driving license.
