People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Porter to join our well-established client based in Speke. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great benefits.
Pay: £12.34 Per Hour

Day to Day Duties
* Safely deliver furniture, white goods, and appliances to customers’ homes in a 3.5t van.
* Ensure all deliveries are handled with care, and items are transported without damage.
* Conduct pre-delivery calls to customers to confirm delivery times and provide updates.
* Represent Our client as the first point of contact with customers, ensuring a positive overall experience.
* Maintain a professional and well-presented appearance at all times.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
Essential Skills
* Valid Driving Licence
* No more than 6 points or any major endorsements.
* Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy goods safely.
* Customer Service: Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
* Professional Presentation: Well-presented and able to represent John Lewis in a positive manner.
* Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to working during the busy peak period.
Desirable Experience
* Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
