Job Description:
A leading luxury fashion and beauty brand is looking for an office manager to assume control of the running of its head office in West London. This company has been growing for many years, is followed by people across the world and is renowned for its contemporary product and classic design. The founder of the company is a recognised household name, with the company growing and expanding into different markets, now is the time to be part of something special.. The role of office manager is a varied role and will see you assume responsibly for facilities management, health and safety, budget and cost management, along with effective running of the reception team. The role reports into the head of HR, therefore you have a lot of autonomy to make the role your own. The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive, a self-starter and sound problem solver. You will work closely with all senior heads of department within the office and therefore be adept at developing strong working partnerships. . The successful applicant will come from an office management environment and have demonstrable experience across facilities management and health and safety. Whilst direct experience of managing budgets isn’t essential, it is highly desirable. You will be the type of person who likes to make things their own and have a positive, can-do attitude, where you’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. .
